We are a for-profit development partner, working alongside the Cultural Land Network to bring real estate development, hospitality strategy, and historic preservation together as a single discipline rather than three separate hires. That's the whole idea: cultural purpose translated into a feasible program, a development process, and an operating plan that actually works.
We are not trying to become a conventional developer with a cultural story attached. We're building the practice that can carry cultural memory, hospitality, and long-term stewardship into projects that are financially sound, publicly credible, and useful to the people who made the place matter in the first place.

Hearth + Ground is a for-profit development partner working alongside the Cultural Land Network (CLN), a nonprofit steward responsible for permanent affordability, mission oversight, and day-to-day property management. We bring the development, hospitality, and preservation expertise; CLN carries the long-term community trust.
Real Estate & Development Management: feasibility, pre-development, project coordination, budget and schedule oversight, capital stack coordination, construction administration, and owner reporting.
Cultural Hospitality & Culinary Strategy Concept development for restaurants, markets, and food systems; cultural programming; preservation narrative; and partner and vendor placement — led by a James Beard Award–winning chef and restaurateur.
